License Agreement

Effective Date: 16/09/2024

1. Grant of License

DOSE.WEB grants you a single-use, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the purchased Shopify theme or other digital products for one business only. Sharing, distributing, or using the product for multiple businesses without obtaining an extended license is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All products provided by DOSE.WEB remain the sole property of DOSE.WEB. By purchasing, you acquire the right to use the product but not ownership. All intellectual property rights are retained by DOSE.WEB.

3. Prohibited Actions

You are not allowed to:

• Resell, redistribute, or give away the product.
• Share login information with others for the purpose of sharing the product.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the product without explicit written permission from DOSE.WEB.

4. License Termination

DOSE.WEB reserves the right to terminate this license if any of the terms are violated. Upon termination, access to the digital products will be revoked, and any further use is prohibited.

5. Updates and Modifications

Purchasers will receive any future updates to the product at no additional charge. The updates are subject to the same terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

DOSE.WEB shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

7. Governing Law

This License Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of London, United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
